Job Description

Overview: We are currently seeking a senior hospitality professional to oversee food and beverage operations at our prestigious hotel. The successful candidate will have the necessary leadership skills to effectively manage multiple outlets, train staff, and maintain high service standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing teams in fast-paced environments. A minimum of 2 years' experience in senior roles within large busy hotels is essential.


Responsibilities
  1. Manage food and beverage operations to achieve set objectives and maintain high standards.
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate staff.
  3. Implement and maintain effective training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-effective measures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
