Senior Market Research Manager

This role is at the heart of international commercial and launch planning, translating complex data into actionable strategies that elevate brand performance and customer engagement across diverse markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional market research projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective research methodologies to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure research meets commercial, medical, and access strategy objectives.
  • Manage external vendors to maintain compliance with internal policies and global data privacy regulations.
  • Communicate insights effectively through impactful presentations, reports, and visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research or insights, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Experience managing international research projects across diverse cultural contexts is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Market Research; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in market research or insights.
  • Proven track record managing international research projects.
  • Strong knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies.
  • Ability to apply behavioral science principles.
  • Skilled in analyzing competitive intelligence and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards in market research.
