Job Title:

Quality Supply Planner

Catalyx is seeking a Quality Planner to join our team and work on our customer site in Cork. The Quality Planner reports to the Quality Department and has end-to-end oversight of production, testing, and release plans for the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attends daily site Value Stream boards and weekly planning meetings
  • Coordinates inspection lot end dates and lead times on SAP with various business units in the supply chain
  • Works closely with Production and Supply Chain functions ensuring fast response to unforeseen changes or requests
  • Liaises with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to adjust inspection lot end dates accurately and appropriately when lots are received on site, and when issues arise during production, testing, or release
  • Monitors issues and delays against lots throughout the supply chain, performs impact assessments against the site plan, and adjusts accordingly
  • Communicates planning changes and impact between Supply Chain and Operations functions
  • Tracks progress of lots, manages KPI reporting, and analysis
