Site Manager

">Project Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new apartment development in Cork. The project has a 2-year programme, with further work to follow on the same site.

">About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Site Manager. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction of the new apartment development.

  • Coordination and supervision of construction activities
  • Oversee residential projects and manage manpower on site
  • Attend and lead meetings with senior management
  • Act as point of contact for local authorities
">Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience managing residential projects
  • An engineering background or similar construction management/trades qualification
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Suite and Project
