Key Bar Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bars. About You:
  • You have proven experience in a management role within a bar or hospitality environment, ideally with multi-outlet exposure.
  • You're passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences, staying current with industry trends, and sharing your knowledge with your team.
  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team members.
The Role:
  • Manage daily operations of all hotel bars, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
  • Supervise and support bar teams across multiple outlets, maintaining standards in service, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure all bars adhere to exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus, balancing creativity with cost control and guest appeal.
