Industrial Project Management Role


This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage industrial projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of field crews, ensuring project success, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Supervise and coordinate field crews including technicians, painters, foremen, and site leads to ensure effective project execution.
  • Safety and Quality: Conduct daily site inspections to maintain safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project schedules, inventories, and documentation.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Specialized Tasks: Oversee specialized tasks such as confined space entry and equipment inspections.
  • Office Functions: Manage office functions including documentation, logistics, and personnel records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in field services, industrial settings, or construction.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Certifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gantt charts, and digital scheduling tools.
  • Professional Certifications: Certifications including General Industry Safety Training, First Aid & CPR, Confined Space, Scaffolding, Swing Stage, valid Driver's License, TWIC Card, and Federal Background Check.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: Base salary between €60,000 and €80,000 per annum.
