Job Summary:

Lead Machine Learning and AI Team

Cork, County Cork, Ireland.

This role involves providing daily leadership and promoting the development of 15-20 Analyst team members. Key responsibilities include establishing relationships with team members to understand their motivations, identifying innovative ideas to meet and exceed performance and quality goals, and overseeing performance management to ensure operational metrics are met.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in a people management capacity in a large or multi-site dynamic environment supervising 15+ frontline employees.
  • Knowledge of data reporting and excellent analytical skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of contact centre management tools, processes, procedures, and performance metrics, as well as excellent influencing skills and ability to work with key business partners.
