Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to lead our commercial efforts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role offers full creative freedom to shape strategy and drive growth across all market segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of the Sales, Marketing & Events function, working closely with revenue and senior operations teams
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, presentations, and KPIs
  • Oversight of execution of the commercial plan, targeting growth across corporate, GDS, direct bookings, leisure, C&B, F&B, and PR
  • Proactive management of new business development, account retention, and sales activity
  • Run all digital and offline marketing efforts, including website optimization, social media campaigns, and e-zines
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or similar role within the hotel sector. They will possess strong digital skills: website, booking engine (Avvio), paid social, and email marketing. Familiarity with GDS, RFP processes, and revenue strategy is also required.

Advantageous skills include Opera and Sales & Catering system knowledge. A confident communicator with a strategic mindset and proven results is essential.
