Job Overview

The Junior Account Manager role plays a pivotal part in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the Client Success Manager.

This position involves managing client accounts, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and coordinating with clients to meet project requirements.

  • Client Support: Responding promptly to client inquiries while assisting with client plans and communication.
  • Account Management: Managing new client onboarding, maintaining accurate CRM records, and preparing account updates for internal meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Fostering positive relationships by understanding client needs and aligning them with company solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Ensuring timely delivery of client projects within established timelines.
  • Reporting: Compiling and presenting client metrics to share insights with key stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Identifying potential challenges, offering proactive solutions to address client concerns.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in account management, client services, or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
