At The Watershed, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Swim Instructor/Lifeguard to join our team. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service and promote a passion for swimming while maintaining high standards of professionalism and personal development.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming lessons to children and adults
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to build confidence and skills in swimmers of all ages and abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Currently resident in Ireland
  • Swim teacher qualification (must be provided)
  • Previous experience teaching swimming (must be demonstrated)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lifeguard qualification
  • First aid qualification
