Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND CANDIDATES
  • FINDING AND MATCHING TALENTED INDIVIDUALS WITH SUITABLE OPPORTUNITIES
  • MANAGING THE RECRUITMENT CYCLE FROM START TO FINISH
  • SUPPORTING EMPLOYER BRAND DEVELOPMENT AND CONTRIBUTING TO OUR WIDER RECRUITMENT STRATEGY
Requirements:
  • AT LEAST 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR RECRUITMENT
  • NATURAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG CONNECTIONS
