As a Training Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training programs that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business areas to ensure learning solutions align with strategic objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to consult on effective training strategies.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning programs.
  • Deliver and facilitate various training programs, including those tailored for graduate audiences.
  • Design engaging and effective training modules using diverse instructional methods and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar Learning & Development role
  • Project management experience in coordinating large-scale events
  • Strong administration skills, reporting skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, driven, and enthusiastic
  • Advanced PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Degree qualified and recognized (accredited) Training certification
