Learning and Development Opportunities

The organization is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to play a key role in the overall growth of the business. This role will be responsible for determining, designing, and implementing innovative ways for employees to develop new skills and acquire knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine, design, and implement best practices for learning and development initiatives.
  • Develop and provide learning interventions in line with organizational strategy and employee needs.
  • Partner with vendors on training scheduling, attendance, and evaluation.
  • Ensure statutory and required training needs are planned for and executed.
  • Design and build an organization-wide graduate program.
  • Deliver effective and appropriate customized onboarding solutions for new hires.
  • Support colleagues in developing user-generated content.
  • Design and deliver training as needed.
  • Review and evaluate learning interventions to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for LXP administration and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in HR or Learning and Development.
  • 5+ years' experience in instructor-led training, facilitation, project management, talent development, or related fields.
  • Awareness of adult learning theory, human resource development, and relevant content areas.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • High self-motivation and flexibility.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong customer focus.
