Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead audits and manage non-conformance processes.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams.
- Maintain document control systems.
- Integrate IMS principles into all stages of project delivery.
- Explore opportunities for further certifications such as ISO 19650.
- 5+ years' experience in a quality assurance/control role in Ireland.
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in business or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Proven experience leading audits and maintaining certifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in engineering or construction sectors is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive change.
- Competitive salary ranging from €45,000–€55,000 (pro-rata for part-time).
