Night Porter Role

We are seeking a diligent Night Porter to provide exceptional customer care to our guests.

  • Ensuring overnight service quality and attention to detail
  • Cleaning and maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to incidents or concerns
  • Answering guest requests and telephone enquiries in a professional manner
  • Setting up banqueting and meeting rooms, ensuring facilities and equipment are in good working order
  • Assisting in other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
