We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Claims Assessor to join our team. As a Travel Claims Assessor, you will be responsible for managing and assessing travel claims in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and assess travel claims in accordance with CPC/FSA guidelines, client policy wordings, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure that claim files are maintained in a professional and accurate manner.
- Process claim payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support colleagues and claimants.
- Support the development of colleagues through technical guidance and training.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of travel insurance products and policy wordings, as well as analytical and numeracy skills. They will also be able to work independently and demonstrate personal initiative and innovation.
