We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee records, employee relations, training and development, and HR team support.

Talent Acquisition
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and documentation with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Develop onboarding materials and facilitate new employee orientation.
  • Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates.
  • Support with work permit applications and relocation arrangements.
Employee Records
  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases ensuring confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Be the point of contact for statutory leave ensuring all records are maintained and reported on.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Employee Relations
  • Collaborate with senior members of the team to address employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage day-to-day requests via the HR mailbox working with the team on how best to direct all queries.
  • Monitor and report on key and trending questions recommending and implementing agreed improvements.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Action letters of resignation return company equipment coordinate exit interviews.
Training and Development
  • Coordinate training sessions maintain attendance records and report on participant feedback.
  • Assist in developing and preparing training materials.
HR Team Support
  • Ensure data integrity to enable high-quality HR reports and presentations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration to agreed timelines.
  • Monitor and manage absence records and liaise with line management as needed.
  • Proactive participation in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional support.
  • Support the Health & Wellbeing strategy implementation including the Employee Assistance Programme.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant degree with 2+ years' experience.
  • Ability to organize work focus on priorities and deliver within a busy HR operational environment.
  • High level of attention to detail with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work proactively within a team environment.
