Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage client portfolios, focusing on revenue growth and year-on-year expansion
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN KEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS
- Drive product adoption and best practices across the portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities and trends within the portfolio
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines and administrative requirements
- Present key client issues as a customer advocate within the organization
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer sales or success management, account management, or consulting
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, even in high-pressure situations
- Critical thinking and analytical skills with an iterative and proactive mindset
- Ability to articulate complex data stories in simple language for customers through daily communication and regular presentations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective teamwork in an international work environment with a passion for making a lasting impact
