Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage client portfolios, focusing on revenue growth and year-on-year expansion
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN KEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS
  • Drive product adoption and best practices across the portfolio
  • Identify growth opportunities and trends within the portfolio
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines and administrative requirements
  • Present key client issues as a customer advocate within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer sales or success management, account management, or consulting
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, even in high-pressure situations
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with an iterative and proactive mindset
  • Ability to articulate complex data stories in simple language for customers through daily communication and regular presentations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Effective teamwork in an international work environment with a passion for making a lasting impact
