Fundraising and Partnerships Function

We raise vital funds from the public and engage supporters in our work globally.

The Role - Fundraising Professional

You will cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, research new opportunities, and contribute to partnership engagement activities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Drive income growth to support global development and humanitarian programs
  2. Nurture long-term relationships with major donors and partners
  3. Research and identify new prospects to expand our network of philanthropic partners
  4. Contribute to partnership engagement activities, including proposals, events, and communications
Key Requirements
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Proven report writing and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Attention to detail and accuracy essential
  • Strong internal reporting, IT, process management, and analytical skills
Qualifications and Experience
  • Third-level qualification or relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in relationship fundraising or similar
