Key Account Executive

Job Description: As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Irish SME market, as well as developing strategic relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
About the Role: We seek a dynamic individual to join our sales team and expand our presence in the Irish SME market, focusing on new business, up-selling, and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Irish SME market.
- Developing Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, establish rapport, answer questions, handle objections, and demonstrate solutions remotely using video content and risk assessments.
- Closing Deals: Close new business by addressing customer concerns, generating proposals, and finalizing contracts while updating CRM data.
- Ensuring Smooth Implementation: Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team and remain involved during implementation.
- Providing Post-Sale Support: Follow up on customer satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in remote sales, utilizing digital marketing and social network channels to generate leads, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales Expertise: Achieve sales targets, B2B sales experience.
- Business Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Networking Skills: Relationship building and networking capabilities.
