Project Design Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to lead our design process and drive project outcomes through effective management and quality control.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in design management, especially in large-scale civil construction projects. They will also possess strong commercial awareness and technical knowledge to support project delivery.
- Lead the design process across multiple phases and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Oversee design development and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Drive project outcomes through design management, quality control, and team mentorship.
The role is based in Adare and requires the ability to travel to site. We offer a competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience and ability) and ample opportunities for continuous professional development and career progression.
