Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Expert oversees the accurate and timely processing of employee payrolls, encompassing preparation and review of weekly and monthly payrolls. This involves ensuring correct pay rates, deductions, and net payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll process, including preparation and review of payrolls to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure all real-time reporting obligations are met to avoid penalties for late or inaccurate payments, thus maintaining a compliant payroll system.
- Establish and develop relationships with IT systems and data providers to facilitate effective payroll management.
- Oversee payroll aspects of employee benefit schemes, including health insurers, pensions, and risk benefits to provide a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements:
- Previous payroll experience and knowledge of local HR policies is highly desirable.
- Experience with TMS, Workday, Revenue Online, SAGE Micropay, and SAP is advantageous, enabling the expert to leverage these tools effectively.
- Understanding of end-to-end payroll systems and process improvement capabilities is essential for driving efficiency and productivity.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to interpret complex documents and produce detailed reports, is crucial for communicating effectively with stakeholders.
