As a skilled Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our industrial projects. With a strong background in field services and construction, you will oversee multiple sectors worldwide, providing high-quality solutions to clients.

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as an Industrial Project and Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising field crews, office operations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of industrial projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  • Crew Supervision: Lead and motivate field crews, including technicians, painters, foremen, and site leads, to achieve project goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project schedules, inventories, and documentation.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Quality Control: Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading field services, industrial settings, or construction teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Certifications: Hold relevant certifications, including General Industry Safety Training, First Aid & CPR, Confined Space, Scaffolding, Swing Stage, valid Driver's License, TWIC Card, and Federal Background Check.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to clear planning, respectful communication, and client-focused service.
