We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this key role.

About the Role

This position will involve working closely with clients to provide exceptional service and support, promoting 100% client satisfaction by interacting with clients on service & operating issues and opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develops, maintains, and broadens partnerships with clients, understanding their business needs to predict their requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Acts as the trusted adviser for clients, assisting in developing and executing strategic plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Promotes the use of self-service tools to minimize client inquiries.
  • Analyses payment activities to identify efficiencies and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Promotes knowledge sharing and best practices across the Service team.
  • Participates in and supports various initiatives.
  • Identifies opportunities for product development and enhancement.
  • Establishes internal partnerships (Sales, Operations, Product, Technology).
  • Recognizes and escalates potential risks associated with client activities.
