At a 4-star hotel, we are seeking a motivated and responsible professional to assist in the night operation of our property between the hours of 10:30pm and 6:30am.

About The Role
  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the property.
  • Deal with all aspects of the hotel, including guests, security, reception duties, cleaning, conference setup, food and beverage service, running nightly reports, dealing with Health and Safety, First Aid etc.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all tasks and duties are completed to the highest standard.
  • Efficiently greet and check guests in with a warm and friendly manner.
  • Deal with guest queries and complaints.
  • Take reservations correctly, noting any special requests.
  • Provide late night drinks and food service.
  • Ensure the front of house areas are clean and well maintained.
  • Carry out night security checks and be responsible for security issues.
  • Handle floats and safe deposits, maintaining high levels of security.
What We Are Looking For
  • A candidate with previous experience in a similar role.
  • A knowledge of Guestline Office System or similar is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work equally well in a team environment and on their own initiative.
