Job Role

We are seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. The role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from manufacturing to US distribution.

This key position requires a proactive and analytical individual with expertise in demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and outbound logistics.

Main Responsibilities

  • To collaborate with commercial teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • To manage the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with contract manufacturers to align supply with demand.
  • To oversee daily production performance, escalating potential risks of supply disruption.
  • To coordinate finished goods logistics to the US, optimizing sea vs. air freight options.
  • To work closely with warehouses, 3PLs, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • To maintain optimal inventory levels that support revenue targets while reducing excess freight costs and raw material obsolescence.
  • To ensure compliance with FDA regulations and Good Distribution Practices.

Key Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in production, supply, or demand planning.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (FDA/medical devices preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel/data analysis ability.
