Job Title: Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive reliability improvement in our operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing maintenance data to identify reliability alerts and resolving repetitive delay causes.
  • Performing cost/benefit analysis of reliability improvement options and making recommendations to the direct manager.
  • Reviewing manufacturer and OEM Service Bulletins relating to reliability improvements and liaising with equipment manufacturers on technical issues.
  • Analyzing aircraft dispatch reliability and creating technical reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or B-1/B-2/CAT A license.
  • Good technical knowledge of B737ng, A320, and B737-8200 aircraft.
  • Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
