Job Overview:
A key role in our organization is to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. This involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain financial records by establishing accounts, posting transactions, and ensuring legal requirements are met.
2. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
3. Comply with Irish, UK, and US (federal, state, and local) legal requirements by studying requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing reports, and advising management on needed actions.
4. Process payments, invoices, income, and receipts, and enter data into accounting software or databases; file hard copies.
5. Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances.
6. Complete VAT/Sales Tax returns.
7. Verify the accuracy of business accounts and alert the CFO of errors.
8. Record any inconsistencies to help the CFO reconcile inaccuracies.
9. Manage employee expense claims.
10. Assist the CFO with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts.

Requirements:
1. Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, and IFRS.
3. Proficient in MS Office 365.
4. Strong office administration background and thoroughness.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Positive, can-do attitude with passion, energy, and a strong work ethic.
8. Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
9. Strong team player working collaboratively across all levels.
10. Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
11. CPA certification is a plus.
12. Experience working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas is a plus.
13. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
