Strategic Inventory Manager

This critical role supports the delivery of life-changing medical technology worldwide by ensuring smooth production, logistics, and inventory management.

The Role
  • Develop accurate demand forecasts in partnership with commercial teams to inform production planning.
  • Coordinate raw material procurement, production capacity, and output with contract manufacturing partners.
  • Monitor daily production performance and proactively address supply risks to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Optimize outbound finished goods logistics to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with warehouses and third-party logistics providers to achieve on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels aligned with revenue and safety stock targets.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in production, supply, or demand planning.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
  • Familiarity with FDA medical device regulations and Good Distribution Practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
