Job Title

A Structural Engineer is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing structures and reviewing structural analysis and design calculations.

This role involves working on the preparation of drawings for conceptual and detailed design, as well as performing site visits to ensure construction is executed in compliance with the design.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer who possesses the following attributes:

  • Strong analytical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
  • Demonstrable buildings-focused structural engineering design skills
  • A desire to work constructively in a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand commercial implications of design decisions
  • IT skills and experience in the use of MS Office
Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 to 6 years structural engineering experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum Level 8 Civil/Structural Engineering Degree (Hons)
  • Working towards Chartered status with Engineers Ireland
