Expert Structural Designer

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will work in a structural team within a multidiscipline office and shall work on varied projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Act as a Structural Engineer as part of Multidiscipline Design Teams.
- Design input and contribution to the delivery of all Structural aspects of projects.
- Prepare clear and concise project reports with an ability to communicate complex technical matters.
- Communicate design intent via PowerPoint presentations.
- Communicate with internal and external parties via email.
- Oversight of preparation of design drawings.
- Prepare design calculations for internal and external review.
- Undertake duties of the Ancillary Certifier for the C&S discipline.
- Member of Engineers Ireland and actively working towards Chartership.
- Good communication skills and ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Experience in delivery of Structural Engineering Design to Eurocodes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in use of structural design software (Robot and Tekla Structural Designer would be advantageous).
- Experience acting as Project C&S engineer on multi-disciplined projects.
