Senior Management Accountant Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires precision, leadership and heart in the finance department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee month-end process P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow, and effectively communicate results to senior management team.
  • Strategic Planning: Support strategic initiatives for new acquisitions, leases and Cap Expenditure projects by providing financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budget and forecasting cycles, developing and maintaining robust budgeting and forecasting systems on an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identify trends and risks, and provide insights to senior management team on a regular basis.
  • Process Improvement: Aim to improve financial processes and tools across the group across all aspects of operations.
  • Cost Management: Analyze costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company complies with financial regulations.
