About this role:

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential community. This includes managing a team of staff, ensuring the community meets established financial and operational goals, and building a positive experience for residents.

Your focus will be on creating a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community that residents enjoy being a part of. You will lead by example, demonstrating core values and principles that align with our organization's mission.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving leasing performance and managing operations within the property sector. They will be able to lead a team and deliver service excellence in a management role. The successful candidate will also possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and numerical skills necessary to complete activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to create positive memorable experiences for residents
  • Drive leasing performance and manage operations within the property sector
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage financial performance, including preparing and forecasting annual budgets
  • Promote investor satisfaction and retention through timely variance reporting
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by ensuring timely responses to questions, requests, and complaints
Requirements:
  • Experience in the property sector or similar environment
  • Leadership and management skills sufficient to recruit, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage team members
  • Detailed knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Numerical skills necessary to complete activities
