Job Title:
">- Drive new revenue growth through winning new customers across our broad portfolio of products.
- Develop the knowledge to become a centre of excellence in uncovering, developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Support and assist existing sales teams while maintaining a stream of self-developed business.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver outstanding customer experience in all interactions, through multiple communications channels.
- Source leads, manage your specific sales channel and build relationships with external organisations.
- Qualify new prospects and prepare proposals.
- Keep informed of 3 products and services portfolio, technical developments, industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with all internal departments.
- Ensure excellent pipeline management and accurate forecasting to deliver against agreed KPIs.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach by working with product, implementation and account management teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Sales experience required.
- Proven track record in achieving Sales targets, B2B sales experience desirable.
- Solid understanding of technology and developments.
- Passionate about delivering customer experience above and beyond customer expectation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
- Excellent PC skills essential.
- Strong administrative and reporting skills (Sales force experience beneficial).
