Design Lead for Sustainable Solutions

Our organization is seeking a qualified Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will be a senior member of the CSA Department and have strong design and technical experience, excellent communications skills, and the ability to manage projects through all stages.
- 3rd Level qualification in Architectural Technology is required.
- Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience in architectural technology, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Relevant experience in Industrial/Pharmaceutical/Life Science projects is preferred, and technical proficiency in detailing these building types is essential.
- Fully proficient/high degree of competence in BIM/Revit is necessary.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work within a team structure, and have a minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience.
In-depth knowledge of statutory consent processes, current building regulations, and the BC(A)R process is crucial.
