Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in the overall management of the kitchen.
  • Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Follow the example set by the talented Head Chefs in terms of excellence and efficiency.
  • Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
  • Support fellow kitchen staff in maintaining appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A genuine passion for food and a mature, pleasant manner when interacting with customers and team members.
  2. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
Skills Requirement:

The successful candidate will require:

  • Good knowledge of CDP Food Prep and Culinary Skills.
