Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee the development of complex software solutions and drive technical excellence across our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage strategic vision to lead engineering teams-including architects, developers, and QA engineers-across various regions to ensure timely delivery of scalable, maintainable, and compliant software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product leadership to ensure development efforts align with customer expectations, business goals, and regulatory standards.
  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices including CI/CD, test automation, code quality, and deployment pipelines.
  • Design and implement operational monitoring and alerting strategies to enable proactive maintenance with minimal overhead.
Key Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in designing enterprise-grade systems with multi-tenant capabilities, extensibility, and version control strategies.
  • Experience building and scaling engineering operations across geographically distributed teams.
