We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team.

Job Description

We require an experienced Support Worker to provide assistance to residents and tenants in their own homes, ensuring their dignity and wellbeing is promoted. This includes supporting with daily activities such as personal care, implementing support plans, and maintaining homes and personal care.

The ideal candidate will have a caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents and tenants with daily activities such as personal care
  • Implement support plans and maintain records
  • Assist with household tasks and life skills
  • Work as part of a team to promote resident safety, health, and wellbeing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in a related field
  • Full clean driving license and access to a car
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work a flexible roster
