We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior SAP Business Analyst/Data Analyst.
This position requires an innovative thinker who can bridge the gap between IT and business, utilizing business process knowledge and data to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing requirements governance processes, with strong knowledge of data, SAP data tables, and data lake concepts. They will also possess excellent communication skills to interact with both business users and developers.
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
- Develop business requirements for reporting, leveraging knowledge of ERP data and data lake concepts.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend SAP solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise between stakeholders and developers to improve/update documentation and answer questions around requirements.
- Conduct system testing and create test plans to ensure solutions meet user requirements.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5 years' experience as an SAP business analyst with increasing levels of responsibility; 3 years of experience collaborating with development teams, internal or external; global support experience.
Traits and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for staying updated on SAP trends and best practices. They will own Signavio or other process-based systems, coordinating with business stakeholders and IT to run analyses and provide recommendations for improvements.
