Optimize Maintenance Performance

Seeking a proactive and experienced leader to drive maintenance operations in Waterford. This is a permanent role with a 4-cycle shift pattern.

  • Implement and enhance preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime and efficiency.
  • Lead, develop, and train your team by setting performance goals and providing ongoing support.
  • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of all maintenance activities while optimizing equipment overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Effectively manage resources to maximize production output.
  • Collaborate across functions with Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics to drive equipment reliability and optimize spare parts management.
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations while leading corrective action processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance/engineering roles within high-volume automated industries.
  • 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of preventive and reactive maintenance.
  • Industry knowledge in medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP/FDA regulated) is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical issues effectively and implement solutions.
  • A 'right-first-time' mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
