The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product management, strategic planning, and revenue generation initiatives while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance across the portfolio.
  • Develop products, drive performance, and support people management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities may include:

  1. Setting budget and strategic plans for the business and each product to ensure objectives are achieved.
  2. Communicating and implementing agreed strategies within various business areas.
  3. Reviewing underperforming products, completing analysis, and developing remediation plans as needed.

Product Development: Continuously review existing product offerings against competitors to assess rating competitiveness, product features and benefits, customer experience feedback etc.

Product Development: Review potential new additional covers/cross-selling revenue generation opportunities.

Key Skills Required:

  • Durable commercial awareness.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with brokers and insurers.
