Job Title: Commercial Property Portfolio Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading product management, strategic planning, and revenue generation initiatives while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance across our expanding portfolio.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive performance, develop products, and support people management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the setting of business objectives and financial forecasts;
  • Communicating and implementing agreed strategies within various business areas;
  • Reviewing underperforming products, completing analysis, and developing remediation plans as required;
  • Product Development: continuously reviewing existing product offerings against competitors to assess rating competitiveness, product features, and benefits;
  • Product Development: reviewing potential new additional covers and revenue generation opportunities;
  • Reviewing NB conversion and renewal retention KPIs, carrying out account performance reviews, including triangulations, loss ratios, and predictions;
  • Reporting on monthly progress of the business clearly identifying reasons for any difference in plan;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A CIP qualification;
  • Previous experience managing a large commercial property portfolio;
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills;
  • The ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and thrive in an ever-changing environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel;
