Renowned engineering and construction specialists seek a skilled CSA Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of a substation project.

As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil and structural works are carried out in accordance with established specifications, health and safety regulations, and project schedules.

Your primary duties will involve coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, managing site documentation, and liaising with the project management team to guarantee smooth execution.

This is a site-based role with accommodation provided for the duration of the project. If you possess the necessary skills and qualifications, this could be an excellent chance to advance your career as a CSA Site Supervisor.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a CSA supervisory role on civil or energy infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of substation or utility-scale construction practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other relevant site certifications
  • Flexibility to work on-site in West Cork with accommodation provided
