High End Menswear Retail Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven, experienced retail professional to lead our high-end menswear store in Rathfarnham, Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a 1:1 customer environment and is passionate about premium menswear, personal styling, and driving business performance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team to achieve sales targets, and maintaining high visual standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team to deliver a personalised, premium-level customer experience.
  • Foster a service-driven culture where building client relationships and trust is at the heart of everything.
  • Oversee all daily store operations, including sales, stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards.
  • Drive sales through effective team leadership, customer engagement, and attention to detail.
  • Train, coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs.
  • Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high visual standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand's premium positioning.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with buyers on product performance and customer preferences.
  • Report on store performance and contribute ideas to drive footfall and sales.
Requirements

Proven retail management experience, ideally in menswear or fashion. Strong customer service ethos and ability to motivate and develop a small team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organised and commercially aware.
