Director of European Expansion

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to lead the growth and development of our operations in Europe. As a Director of European Expansion, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering value through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role:
  • Drive Business Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share across Europe.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with major retailers and vendor partners to drive business growth.
  • Deliver Value: Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of business plans and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  2. Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success.
  4. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to deliver business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, ideally in the retail or B2B sector.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective business plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and other business tools.
  • Independent Work Style: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
