  • Monitor and report on change initiative effectiveness through structured tracking and stakeholder updates.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

Essential Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a change management role, preferably in a professional services or consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong understanding of change management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, Prosci, or ADKAR.
