Quality Engineer Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing process. You will work closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive excellence in production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Develop and maintain quality control and quality assurance programs to improve product quality and reduce defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency
- Analyze data and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with the production team to resolve quality-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and technologies
- Familiarity with validation and documentation of processes within a regulated industry
- Experience with quality control and quality assurance software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
