The Accounts Assistant position is crucial to an organization's financial management, requiring individuals with analytical and organizational skills, as well as effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To accurately and timely allocate cash and electronic funds transfer receipts on sales invoices.
- To promptly reconcile key customer queries and address any discrepancies.
- To provide clear information to customers regarding payment dates and timelines.
- To assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in calculations.
- To perform other duties as required by the finance team, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 18 months of experience working in an accounts environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
