Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead their internal toolsets, automation efforts, and IT systems management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MSP experience, with the ability to spot opportunities for automation and implement solutions collaboratively.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant organisation that values innovation and experimentation. As a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning internal toolsets and leading governance, configuration, and improvements
  • Taking the lead on automating everything possible and introducing AI tools into the business
  • Contributing to leadership quality committee and reviewing processes regularly to ensure optimisation
  • Managing third-party products utilised by the business and constantly looking for improvements
  • Maintaining business focus on Security & Compliance ensuring that changes introduced are ISO compliant
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong MSP experience as an IT Operations leader/sys admin/engineer
  • Ability to spot opportunities for Automation and expertise to make it happen in collaboration with colleagues
  • Strong awareness of Cybersecurity and compliance processes
  • Strong experience managing IT systems and 3rd party tools
  • Clear communication and ability to manage IT projects
