Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to understand their shipping requirements and ensure accurate collections, paperwork, and shipment details.
  • Maintain effective communication with service partners to ensure timely collections and deliveries.
  • Prepare export documents, obtain customs clearance, and follow up on flight details and pre-alerts.
  • Ensure compliance with revenue and customs regulations, as well as company procedures and industry legislation.

  • Verify invoicing is completed and sent to finance according to finance instructions and processes.
  • Review supplier invoices and CASS queries for accuracy.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including reporting.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and monitoring abilities.
